With five years of experience in the field, she has developed a strong commitment to patient-centered care, striving to build lasting relationships while continuously expanding her knowledge to provide the best possible treatment.

For Crystal, patient comfort is a top priority. She tailors her approach to each individual, carefully listening to concerns and finding ways to ease anxiety—whether that means having meaningful conversations, providing reassurance, or offering distractions during appointments. She also enjoys educating her patients on all things teeth and oral health, empowering them to take charge of their dental well-being.

Beyond her clinical responsibilities, Crystal plays an integral role in managing Timber Ridge Dental’s social media presence and coordinating orders for the hygiene team, ensuring smooth operations and community engagement.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys an active lifestyle—spending time at the gym, golfing, and walking her two pitbull-mix rescues. She and her husband plan to travel more in the future, but for now, they love spending weekends together with their dogs. Passionate about health, fitness, and staying financially informed, she’s always learning and growing in ways that enhance both her personal and professional life.

From earning a bachelor’s degree in Dentistry in India to becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist in Canada, Kishore Mavuduru has embarked on a remarkable journey in the field of oral healthcare. With approximately nine years of experience in dentistry, he has cultivated a deep passion for patient-centered care, ensuring that every individual receives thorough and compassionate treatment.

Kishore’s dedication to excellence was recognized when he won the prestigious Golden Scalar Award during his dental hygiene program—an achievement that remains close to his heart. His expertise spans various critical aspects of oral health, including detailed health history assessments, oral cancer screenings, local anesthesia administration, and comprehensive patient education on topics such as oral hygiene, smoking and cannabis effects, and the oral-systemic link.

Creating a welcoming environment and fostering strong patient relationships are central to Kishore’s approach. He prioritizes clear communication, actively listens to concerns, and ensures that each visit is as comfortable as possible. His goal is simple yet profound—to brighten every patient’s smile by the end of their appointment.

Outside of his professional commitments, Kishore is an avid cricket enthusiast, both on and off the field. He enjoys binge-watching Netflix, cooking, spending time with friends, and working out occasionally. His dedication to continuous learning and fostering a positive work environment reflects his belief in staying updated with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Robynne takes pride in truly listening to her patients and addressing their needs with honesty and compassion. She believes that building strong relationships and creating open lines of communication are key to making patients feel at ease during their visits. Beyond her work, Robynne enjoys unwinding with a good book and cherishes quality time with her husband, sons, and their beloved dogs. Camping together as a family is one of their favorite ways to relax and connect with nature.

Drew Deevy’s journey in dentistry began with hands-on experience, shadowing professionals at his family’s dental office before officially stepping into the role of chairside assistant while completing the Certified Dental Assistant program at CNC. Since graduating in 2022, she has worked in multiple dental offices, gaining valuable expertise in patient care, office administration, and advanced procedures. Over the last three years, she has been an integral part of the Timber Ridge Dental team.

Among her proudest accomplishments, Drew received the Highest Academic Achievement Award upon graduating and has continued to expand her knowledge by attending implant study courses and dental conferences. Her dedication to education extends beyond her own learning — she now tutors students in the dental assistant program, helping to shape the next generation of professionals.

In her current role, Drew contributes to multiple aspects of patient care and office operations, including managing patient relationships, assisting with front desk administration, sterilization routines, and equipment maintenance. She also performs intraoral scans, oversees lab case tracking, logs spore tests, and supports the clinic’s social media efforts.

Drew’s patient-centered approach is built on warmth, trust, and communication. She greets every patient with a smile and ensures they feel heard and in control of their treatment. Her goal is to create a comfortable environment where dental care feels approachable and stress-free.

Beyond dentistry, Drew enjoys reading, paddleboarding, arts and crafts, and spending time at the lake with family and friends. She appreciates life’s simple pleasures, from good food and conversation to relaxing around a campfire. Guided by the belief that “a life with love is a life that has been lived,” she values connection and gratitude in all aspects of life.

Since graduating from CNC Prince George in 2017, Kolby Marr has been committed to providing excellent patient care as a Certified Dental Assistant. With a passion for expanding his knowledge, he furthered his expertise by becoming a certified anesthesia assistant in 2021. His career has taken him to Burns Lake and Kelowna, but he feels fortunate to now be practicing in Prince George—a place he truly loves.

Kolby takes great pride in the relationships he builds with patients and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community. Assisting Dr. Akhtar, he plays a vital role in ensuring smooth procedures while supporting the team with instrument preparation and clinic maintenance. Patient comfort is at the core of his approach—he takes the time to understand concerns and does everything possible to create a reassuring experience.

Outside of work, Kolby enjoys spending time with his two beloved dogs, Goose and Tuesday, who bring endless joy to his life. He also cherishes moments with loved ones and is a devoted hockey fan.

Since stepping into the world of dental administration in 2020 at just 18 years old, Margaret Klassen has built a strong foundation in patient care, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who walks through the door. With four years of experience and counting, she has developed a keen ability to see the ‘whole picture’ of individual patients—matching their unique dental needs with practical solutions tailored to their lives.

Margaret’s role goes far beyond managing appointments and checking insurance details—she thrives on connecting with patients, greeting them warmly, and taking the time to truly listen to their concerns and stories. Her approach ensures that every interaction, whether in person or over the phone, is rooted in care and understanding.

Outside of work, Margaret enjoys paddleboarding, woodworking, and diving into a great book. She also loves watching shows recommended by Leanne and spending time exploring new interests.

Despite being a “small fish in the huge pond” of healthcare, Margaret is passionate about patient advocacy—helping people understand their options and costs so they can make informed decisions about their oral health. Starting out as a Certified Dental Assistant, she later transitioned to front desk management, overseeing multiple dental offices and sharing her expertise as an instructor in the dental administration course at CNC for five years.

Leanne’s passion for patient care and team leadership shines through in her role as Practice Manager. She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable from the moment they check in, ensuring their concerns are met with clarity and compassion. Her goal is to make every dental journey seamless, providing a full understanding of treatments, insurance details, and personalized care.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Leanne values the relationships she builds within her work family, taking pride in watching her colleagues grow both in their careers and personal lives. With over two decades of experience as a Recall Coordinator and working as a Dental Receptionist since 2015, Cindy Kiessling brings a wealth of expertise in patient care, scheduling, and office organization. Having worked with Endodontists and managed numerous referrals, she thrives in creating a seamless experience for patients and ensuring they feel at ease in a dental setting.

Customer service is at the heart of Cindy’s approach—she welcomes every patient with a warm smile, answers calls with professionalism, and provides clear, complimentary preauthorizations so patients understand their treatment costs. She firmly believes in the power of communication, continuously building relationships with other offices and refining systems to enhance efficiency.

A problem solver by nature, Cindy enjoys creating Excel spreadsheets and documents that improve office workflows, particularly in referral coordination. She is committed to maintaining the integrity of patient relationships while contributing ideas that support software development and operational improvements.

Outside of work, Cindy cherishes time with her family and loves connecting with her grandchildren over FaceTime.
